The Kaevur are equal parts mercenary, miner, and engineer. Once a federation of pawky interstellar explorers, the Kaevur Authority is now a culture built around duty and trade. In addition to being fierce warriors, Kaevur technology is highly-valued throughout the galaxy for its durability and advanced design.
With the sudden arrival of the Dominion, the Kaevur were quick to establish a trade agreement over the unmined asteroid cluster surrounding Sarin’s Rim; leaving the newly-claimed planet to the militant Dominion. While relations are strained, the Kaevur Authority and the Dominion have so far been profitable allies.
